By accessing or using Pnlytics ("Service"), operated by Pnlytics ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pnlytics is a data analytics platform that receives trading alert data via webhooks or CSV uploads and displays profit and loss (P&L) analytics, including but not limited to daily P&L, win rates, drawdown analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, Value at Risk (VaR), and other statistical calculations. The Service is a data visualization and analysis tool only.

Pnlytics does NOT provide investment advice, trading advice, financial advice, or recommendations of any kind. The Service does NOT execute trades, manage funds, or act as a broker, dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), registered investment advisor (RIA), or any other regulated financial entity.
All analytics, statistics, simulations, and calculations displayed by the Service are based solely on historical data provided by you and are for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not rely solely on the Service's output to make trading or investment decisions.
You acknowledge that all trading involves risk and that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and webhook URL. You must not share your webhook URL with unauthorized parties. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of all trade data you submit to the Service via webhooks or CSV uploads ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or distribute your User Data to third parties except as required by law.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Data. All third-party strategy names, trademarks, and product names displayed in the Service are property of their respective owners. Pnlytics is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party strategy vendor or trading platform.
Pnlytics is a private analytics vault — each user's data is isolated and never shared with other users or third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses for any third-party strategies or indicators whose alerts you route to the Service. Pnlytics only stores the output data you send (ticker, action, price, timestamp) and does not access, copy, or redistribute any third-party algorithms. All third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners. Liability for any violation of a third-party vendor's terms rests solely with the user.
The Service offers Free, Basic, and Pro subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (c) abuse the webhook endpoint with excessive or malicious requests; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission; (f) use the Service to provide financial advisory services to third parties.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any trading losses or missed alerts resulting from Service downtime.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE ANALYTICS, CALCULATIONS, OR RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PNLYTICS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN THE SERVICE'S ANALYTICS OR CALCULATIONS; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pnlytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your trading activities or decisions; (d) any User Data you submit to the Service.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support. Upon termination, your User Data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.
